⚾ Audi Seat Memory Not Working

The 'Set' button no longer lights up and when I hit either '1' or '2' only the side mirrors change position. I've tried moving the seat all the way forward then all the way back (after reading that suggestion online) but so far the memory seat function is still a no go. Any suggestions? A seat module reset is needed if 72K6 software update is applied. Otherwise, seat memory function won't work. 1. Fuse blow check and replace. 2. someone press the button too hard and broke the board, the only way to check it out is to remove and look along the open holes and see if it is cracked and replaced with new board. 3. You checked the fuse and board all ok then it is possible your control module for memory seat is malfunctioning, it is located correct if adaptation is needed. just push the seat to the furthest front setting and the furthest rear setting and going to the tallest height setting and lowest down setting. adaption should be completed. Going to try this today, having same issue with my 2017. Three months later drain returned and isolated this to the passenger seat controller. Made this fix (cable colouring slightly different) and all is well. Seat adjustment functional with key on. Seat memory position works OK. Only function noticed not working is the convenience entry which you would expect as power not flowing while key off. Specifically to change the Engine Drag Torque Control and it required a different security code (Edit: Code 40304) even though it was in the same module as the torque limitation.
